My hobbies are hanging out with friends, playing basketball, watching TV, and playing video games. I play basketball for Blue Valley. I spend my free time at the gym or at my house. During my free time I'm very lazy. My three favorite things are basketball, food, and sleep. I have basketball year round so I never get a break from that. Food, I love food and I love to eat. I love to sleep and when I don't get my sleep I am very cranky.

What are some qualities of a good presentation? How can you make a boring presentation interesting? Explain.
How you present your presentation is the most important thing in a presentation. If you have good voice and get the audience interested in your presentation, that will make a very good presentation. If the presentation pops and has a lot of colors and looks good, that will make the audience look at your powerpoint, prezi, etc.
If your presentation is dull and boring, you can used more colors and pictures to not make your presentation so boring. Also if you just walk up the front of the room with a boring voice like you don't want to be there, that would be very boring. You can make it more interesting my using hand gestures and having a better voice. If you do these things people will be more interested and actually listen to your presentation.

Journal - Tell me if you agree with this statement and then explain why or why not. "Images on the internet are 'free game' - if someone posted I should be able to use it."
I agree with that statement, but their has to be some exceptions. I has to an appropriate picture online or you could get into some trouble. You always have to make sure if you use someone else's picture you have to cite it. You can't take it as your own. The reason I partly agree is because if your doing a school project pictures can help you make your project better.
Pictures are good and help a lot of people in this world. Pictures could change your grade from a B to an A. People post those pictures on the internet for other people to use them.

What is the importance of online safety and protecting your information? What do you do to protect yourself online? Share an experience you or someone you know has had with online safety.
You don't want to release any of your personal information on the internet or in a chat room to a stranger. Online safety and protecting your information is very important in the world today because you don't want to get into any trouble. So just be smart and don't get into any trouble.
You can protect yourself online by just not being stupid and don't get caught into any traps. I have watched videos in middle school about girls or boys being in a chat room with a stranger that is acting their age, but really is an adult. They meet up in the middle school kid immediately puts themselves in danger.

Tyler Geiman,
This quote shows me that everyone is different and has different skills to do different things. Anyone can change the world. I learned from this quote. I took away that I need to excel at what I'm good at because I can change the world in my own way. I also learned from Ashton Kutcher's quote that you can change anything, and be the smartest that you can be. The three things he said be smart, be sexy, and be thoughtful. Be smart mean to be yourself and change something in life. Be sexy means to be proud of your smartness and don't take it for granted. Be thoughtful means to respect the people around you. In conclusion, he said that anyone can change the world you just can't take anything for granted.
